Cancellation and Refund Policy

At youmatter.help, we understand that schedules can change. We aim to offer flexibility while also respecting the time and preparation that goes into each session. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines how appointments can be changed, canceled, and under what circumstances refunds are applicable.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Minimum Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • How to Cancel: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via email or through the online booking platform (if available).
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a partial or full session fee, depending on the circumstances.
  • No-Shows: If a client does not attend a scheduled session and does not inform in advance, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

2. Rescheduling

  • Clients are encouraged to reschedule instead of canceling when possible.
  • One-time complimentary reschedule is allowed if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Multiple last-minute rescheduling may lead to limited booking availability in the future.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if:
    • You cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session.
    • A session is canceled by Mahejabeen Patil due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Partial or No Refund:
    • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a partial refund or session fee deduction.
    • No-shows are non-refundable.
    • Technical issues caused by the client (e.g., poor internet connection, unprepared device) will not be considered for a refund.
  • Refund Method: All refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect.
